Retention insurance for the people you worked hardest to place.
Replacing an early quitter costs far more than keeping a new hire. A pilot lets you test the retention layer on your own numbers before committing to anything.
One cohort. One standard. Honest data.
Every pilot follows the same terms, adjusted only for the rules that govern your organization.

- $150 per participantPayable by the partner or its funder. No fee to participants. Any later paid arrangement is a separate written agreement.

- A contact and your outcomesA program contact, scheduling accommodations where possible, and retention data for participants who consent.
- Exit
- 30 days' written noticeEnrolled participants may finish the current cohort.
An optional benefit for your fair-chance hires.
Fair-chance employers lose money on early turnover. The pilot tests whether the retention layer improves completion and 30-, 60- and 90-day retention.
- Offered to eligible candidates and new hires as an optional benefit.
- Participation is never a condition of hire or continued employment.
- You share aggregate retention data for consenting participants and, if available, a comparison group of similar hires.
- Where any activity would involve sharing protected health information, the parties sign the agreement HIPAA requires first.
Apprentice retention and conversion.
For public programs that employ people with records as paid apprentices, the aim is simple: more finish, and more convert to permanent positions.
- Sessions are set outside paid work hours, or with your written approval.
- Referrals from your staff or partner agencies, who sign a short joinder.
- Payment only under a written agreement or purchase order that follows your procurement rules.
- Records you hold may be subject to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, so participant-identifying information is kept out of them.
- We expect your own forms, approvals and legal review, and plan for them.
A vendor, not a donation.
Delegate agencies are measured on placement and 90-day retention, and hold public workforce funds. S.I.P. is engaged as a service provider.
- Any paid work complies with the funder's rules on allowable costs, procurement, invoicing and record retention.
- A formal services contract may be required before payment. We build the pilot to fit it.
- Post-pilot pricing can be per participant, a fixed pilot fee or retention-linked milestones.
- Records are kept as the funder requires and are available for audit as the law allows.
Voluntary
No one is required to take part, and no one is penalized for declining or withdrawing.
Confidential
Counseling content stays with S.I.P. Consent to share attendance is written and revocable.
Free to participants
Neither party may charge a participant for any service covered by the agreement.
